If you pull the control lever over to the float position it lowers fine.The first thing you want to do is check all of your fuses by testing for power on both sides of each one of your fuses with the ignition switch in the on position replacing any fuse with power only on one side.swap your relays one at a time with a known good one for testing purposes.
