Checked with the dealer here in town, I can get into a slightly used (150 hrs) Gehl, 90hp, 8000lb machine, 2 speed, loaded for 000 Canadian. Looking at a Gehl 4625. Is this a good skid? Gehl skid loaders are bullet proof. Deutz oil cooled are good engines. You won't be upset. Except you didn't get a bigger one. We are all John Deere except gehl skid loaders. We are looking at a 2012 Gehl V270. It is pretty much loaded, one owner with 1,400 hours and never used for livestock. We are looking for something to move seed totes, general farm use and brush removal. Is there anything to watch out for on these? Are they dependable? Our last Gehl was a 3825 and it was indestructable, but much smaller.
