Both are like new with 100 hrs. Both have cab, heat, and hand controls. Would be used to move snow, seed, and remove fence and brush. They are priced equally. The Deere has 300lbs more operating capacity. You might consider the a VTS system, you can bolt and unbolt the track system from you skid steer if you think you may want tracks. If your set on buying a CAT I would look at Iron Planet. Way better pricing than what you were quoted on a used machine.

It is also rated at 8.5mph in 2spd vs 10.2mph in the Bobcat which is a win for Bobcat in my opinion. Any feedback on these items or anything else would be greatly appreciated.
