Just set up a blower on my 2012 252b. I can get the continuous flow locked in for the auger. How do I get the joystick to function to move the chute as well as top flap? The blades appear to be rotating correctly, and the machine throws snow when the snow gets up into the chute, but the blower seems to push snow in front of it more than actually taking the snow past the augers and into the chute. For the sprocket, I traced the pattern from the chute sprocket onto some cardboard, then just tried to line up the teeth the best I could.
The biggest problem with used blowers is they should be matched up, an the newer machines keep getting larger pump flows and higher pressure, so if you pick up a used blower the odds of it being a ideal match are not great.
